To ensure the best experience for all, I have implemented a cancellation/ no show policy that allows us to accommodate everyone efficiently. I require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. -⭐️Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: No fee required ✨Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time: 50% of the service cost. ✨ Same-day cancellations: 75% of the service cost. No-Show Policy ✨Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Emergency Cancellations ✨I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I will handle these on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the emergency. Repeat Cancellations ✨Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings or may be subject to stricter cancellation policies.
